We want your delicates to fit perfectly! We do our best to ensure this happens to our best ability by designing each piece to be compatible with our sizing chart. We use U.S. sizing standards, so it may be slightly different than other brands you might own. Please carefully consult our sizing chart upon ordering. However, we do know that sizing can sometimes be difficult because all women are unique. If for any reason your undies don’t fit we are happy to exchange them for Free with no hassle. Our policies are simple for returns, exchanges and cancellations. We even cover the shipping costs!
If you have issues with the fit, simply keep the original packaging and report the issue to us within 14 days and we will email you a shipping label to use for your return. For free shipping, please remember to use your original packaging. We’ll then send you a new pair in your desired size. If we are out of stock on your desired size, you may choose another style from our A La Carte menu or we’ll happily backorder the item for you.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our styles you’ve received, you can return the unwanted pair for any in-stock undies from our A La Carte shop or request store credit. Full refunds will be given only for items which arrive damaged and are unused. Sorry, we cannot accept worn or washed undies.
To return an item, simply keep the original packaging and report the issue to us within 14 days and we will email you a shipping label to use for your return. For free shipping, please remember to use your original packaging. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your credit card. Returned items are donated to a women’s charity. We never resell returned items.
Situations change and sometimes our customers need to cancel before the end of their membership. We are sorry to see you go, but no hard feelings. Should you decide to cancel for any reason, simply contact us or log in to your account and select cancel and your recurring subscription will be cancelled from that point forward. You won’t be billed for anything that has not yet shipped. If the purchase was a gift, please be aware that the items will no longer be shipped to the person specified.
If you have paid upfront and received promotional bonuses and savings, you may still cancel and you’ll be billed only for the difference between our regular monthly subscription and the pricing you received. We will reimburse your credit card for the unused portion of your membership. Again, if the purchase was a gift, please be aware that the items will no longer be shipped to the person specified.
